Pools and Gardens
With the help of local architectural/artist Gustavo Fernando Vargas, Montanita Estates boasts the most beautiful pools and garden in the Montanita area. Montanita Estates has dedicated over an acre to its tropical garden and pool area which is just 1 minute walk to the center of Montanita. Maddox's Playground is an incredible mix bamboo and flora along with 3 pools, 4 jacuzzis and lounge which has created a beautiful refuge for our guests to relax in what feels like a rain forest just outside your door. We've recently added a second pool and jacuzzi in front of our newest building ME3 as well as a pool side tiki bar, Brawa.

The Nexpa Pool, is ME's largest pool, that includes a year round large jacuzzi, small kids pool, a large waterfall and beautful beds and loungers to relax throughout your stay
