Montañita, Ecuador is on the southern coast of Ecuador, 2 hours from Ecuador's financial capital Guayaquil, airport code GYE or two hours south of Manta, small airport on the coast code MEC. Ecuador is the last warm water destination before you hit the southern cold water currents of Peru. In Montanita we foil in board shorts year round with water temps ranging from 75-82 degrees.
Montañita is perfectly located on the coast of Ecuador to receive north and south swells. Our primary season runs from December - May in North Season but have waves year round from June - November as well with souths. South swells can bring trickier conditions with a bit more onshore flow and colder water

Santa Marianita is also home to a beautiful reef as well as a number of sand bottom points that make it ideal for prone.
If you are looking to score glassy prone mornings and windy wing afternoons this is the tour for you.
